Delivery information

Standard next day tracked delivery service:

  • Packages less than 10kgs–  £9.50 +vat.
  • Packages less than 10kgs for orders over £100–  Free-of-charge
  • Packages over 10kgs– a quote will be provided
  • Packages less than 10kgs  to Northern Ireland– £22.50

Royal Mail tracked 48hr delivery option for smaller orders – £6.50 + vat

(If this option is available to you, you will be made aware at the point of ordering.)

Early Birds:

  • Pre-12pm next day delivery– £15 +vat
  • Pre-12pm next day delivery– £20 +vat
  • Pre-12pm Saturday delivery– £25 +vat

Please note that next day delivery from point of order is not guaranteed and will be dependant on the item being in stock and the time of day the order is placed.


We also offer international shipments.

  • Packages less than 5kg to most of mainland Europe – £20 + vat
  • Packages to the rest of the world– prices vary. A quote will be supplied at time of order.

Please note that there are remote parts of the UK which may necessitate a 2 day delivery service.

Please also note that while we aim for 100% next day delivery where applicable, we cannot be held responsible for very occasional issues with Couriers and Shippers. But rest assured that we do everything we can to minimise and eliminate these instances.

InterLink Express, DPD and UPS – We use all three of these leading UK and International couriers to ensure maximum coverage in the minimum time.

Receiving your package:

In order to complete the delivery, please ensure that someone is available to sign off.

We can provide the courier with special instructions if you think there may be issues with finding your address.

Where a delivery cannot be made, the courier will leave you with a card with contact details.  You may also receive an email or a text informing you that the delivery has been unable to be made. You can contact the depot to arrange a new delivery day.

Tracking your package:

When an order is placed, you can request the tracking details of your order. This will enable you to track your delivery as it makes its journey from our warehouse to your business/home. In order to do this you must visit the courier’s website, follow the instructions and enter the tracking details. If the courier is finding it difficult locating your address, they may need to call you with the telephone number you provided us during the order process.

Damaged Goods:

On the very rare occasion that the goods are damaged upon receipt please contact us on returns@clarioncomms.com or 08456 444 585 within 48 hours.  You will be given a returns number which must be used when you send back the item.  Upon receipt you will be offered a full refund or if we have a replacement in stock then you will be offered a replacement item. Please note that parcels will not be accepted without a valid returns number.
